Activision is finally ready to provide some information on the Call of Duty Warzone Mobile game, which many players believe to be Project Aurora, a codenamed mobile project that only a small number of gamers have had the opportunity to play so far. Even more interesting, if you’re a die-hard CoD fan, is the platform via which Activision is releasing the information.
Call of Duty Next did deliver, revealing a tonne of brand-new details about the game. In addition to providing a release date of 2023, Chris Plummer, Activision’s VP of mobile, also shared a tonne of brand-new details when kicking off the Call of Duty Warzone Mobile pre-registration period. The CoD Next Warzone Mobile news generated a lot of buzz, and it turned out that the hype was justified.
Warzone Mobile appears to have the potential to provide Plummer with the AAA experience he seeks thanks to its use of classic Warzone settings, fights with up to 120 people, and progression connected to console Call of Duty games. Now all we can do is wait for him to be a little more specific about the 2023 release.
